Our Byesville, OH plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll help keep our filling line running safely, efficiently, and consistently. This position is essential to producing high‑quality packaged products. We’re looking for dependable, hands‑on team members to operate and maintain Combibloc filling equipment. If you like fast‑paced work, take pride in accuracy, and want a role where details matter, this could be a strong match.

• Keep the machine stocked and operating smoothly
• Monitor product levels, pressures, and specifications
• Perform weight checks and make minor adjustments
• Inspect seals and overall package quality
• Run basic tests and record results
• Follow cleaning and flavor‑change procedures
• Follow all safety and chemical‑handling guidelines
• Communicate issues or changes with the team
• Empty rework and prepare materials for the next shift

• High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
• 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
• 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
• Must be self‑motivated and conscientious.
• Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
• Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
• Ability to complete certification requirements
• Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.
