Metal Shop Fabricator & Welder

We’re looking for a Metal Shop Fabricator & Welder to join our skilled production team and help bring our products to life.

• Fabricate and weld metal components used to build standard and custom products such as show boxes, grooming chutes, and trimming stands.
• Operate metalworking equipment including welders, saws, drills, presses, and various hand tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and measurements to ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Inspect completed work to meet company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing ideas that enhance processes or product quality.

• Has welding or metal fabrication experience (preferred but not required).
• Can accurately read measurements and safely operate fabrication equipment.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship.
• Manages time effectively and maintains steady production output.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Is at least 18 years of age.
• Is able to lift up to 100 lbs. safely and perform physical shop work.
• Is able to work onsite at our Mt. Hope, Ohio facility.
