We are seeing a full-time, reliable, detail-oriented Powder Coating Technician join our powder coating division.

The Powder Coater Tech is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts using powder coating equipment and processes. This role ensures that all parts meet quality, thickness, and appearance standards while following proper safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Powder Coater supports production flow by performing consistent, accurate, and efficient coating operations.

• Apply powder coating to parts according to job, specifications, and visual standards.
• Ensure even coverage, correct film thickness, and consistent finish quality.
• Inspect, clean, and prepare parts for coating (washing, wiping, masking, plugging).
• Verify parts are free of oil, moisture, rust, and contamination.
• Properly rack, hang, and stage parts according to size, weight, and coating requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with loading/unloading parts and general shop duties

• Someone who takes initiative
• Previous powder-coating or industrial experience preferred – willing to train the right motivated person. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
