## About the position

As a project manager (m/f/d), you take on a key role in managing successful initiatives from conception to completion. You manage a wide range of projects and apply both classic and agile project management methods to ensure efficient implementation and achievement of strategic goals. An essential part of your task is increasing our operational efficiency through process automation and ensuring the highest quality standards through robust quality assurance.
* You help shape the digital strategy from strategic concept to operational implementation and implement it, including quality assurance/monitoring of the rollout
* You carry out market and technology research as well as competition analyses as well as quantitative/qualitative evaluation of digitization projects
* You identify and select relevant digitization trends and concepts, develop appropriate decision templates and implement them
* Development, integration and commissioning of embedded and edge systems at the field level of buildings (sensors, actuators, controllers) in close coordination with TGA planning and operation
* Connecting building automation systems and field devices to IoT platforms including implementation of robust data paths from device to cloud
* Implementation and maintenance of programming interfaces (APIs) and edge logic, in particular for preprocessing, validating and forwarding building data
* Technical analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of building connectivity, protocols, and embedded software during operation## requirement profile

You have a degree in Business/Informatics/Computational Engineering Science or completed vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in the field of project management. In addition, you have detailed company-specific knowledge or special knowledge and skills:
* Advanced knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence and strategy development
* Distinctive understanding of digitization and the market
* Extensive knowledge of process automation and quality assurance
* Demonstrable practical experience in the technical implementation of smart building solutions at the interface of TGA, building automation and embedded/edge systems
* Profound knowledge of building automation and field level (e.g. sensors/actuators, controllers, BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA) as well as a good understanding of building technology relationships
* Practical experience in embedded-related software development and in dealing with IoT platforms, ideally including edge computing and gateway architectures
