6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

The Hydraulics Service Technician must measure disassembled components, primarily hydraulic cylinders, comparing them against the original manufacturer s specifications and recommend proper repairs and remanufacturing procedures.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years’ experience in the analysis of hydraulic cylinder failures and recommendation of repairs, previous experience with the repair of hydraulic components.
• Must be an experienced technician with a strong attention to detail.
• Must understand and be able to work with close tolerances.
• The ability to read hydraulic schematics would be helpful.
• Must have previous experience with the repair of hydraulic components.
• Must be a self-starter and work well on their own. This position would require the ability to speak with customers and vendors.

• Measures disassembled components, primarily hydraulic cylinders.
• Compares disassembled components against the original manufacturer s specifications.
• Recommends proper repairs and remanufacturing procedures.
• Completes work in the pump shop.
• Completes work as a machinist at times.
• Completes write-ups and line boring or welding.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
