• Experience in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and understanding of safety regulations
• Skills and familiarity with Quality Control processes
• Strong adaptability and the ability to adjust to workflow changes and production needs
• Good communication skills and an ability to collaborate within a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
