Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

We're hiring Maintenance Technicians for both 2nd and 3rd shift at our state-of-the-art facility - where you'll work alongside skilled technicians to support high-performing equipment in a fast-paced, clean, and safety-driven environment.

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 1:00 p.m.
  
  - 9:30 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 p.m.
  
  - 5:30 a.m. (9-hour shifts with some overtime available)

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold all safety and food safety standards.

What You Bring

Required:

• 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Food manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish a plus).
