Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; some mandated Saturdays (occasionally up to 8 hours)
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Pay Rate: $17 per hour
• Status: Full-Time with Overtime Available
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)

• Operate production machinery and perform assembly-related tasks
• Complete changeovers on presses, robotic welders, and other equipment
• Perform process control activities to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency
• Conduct minor maintenance and routine housekeeping
• Follow all safety regulations and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to stand for the entire shift at the machine (with scheduled breaks)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typical handling 25-35 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work performance
• Commitment to teamwork and safety-first practices
• Required PPE:
  Steel-toe boots (employee provided); earplugs and safety glasses provided if needed
