Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role requires a solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven systems, as well as basic experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens controls.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and support equipment.
• Inspect and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven machinery.
• Assist in diagnosing and correcting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Arrive early or stay late as needed to assist with shift handoffs or coverage.
• Work scheduled overtime in 4-hour increments as required.

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo-driven equipment.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed.
