, and a Willingness to learn are a must. The PMO will be responsible for running, changing over, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of 3‑5 packaging machines. The role includes operating equipment, following precise recipes, monitoring variables, performing product quality tests, and communicating plans and changes to team members. The PMO will also adhere to safety protocols and handle hand tools as required.
What you Bring to the Table:
- Leadership – The PMO will set the example for the line, following all company policies and demonstrating respect, teamwork, and giving back.
- Troubleshooting Skills – Ability to identify root causes and resolve mechanical and automation equipment issues; 2‑5 years of machine operator or maintenance apprenticeship experience preferred.
- Computer Skills – Basic computer skills required to run production; verifications will be performed throughout the day.
- Time Management – Effectively manage own time, complete changeovers within allotted time, and schedule breaks around activity lulls.
- Flexibility – Availability for training, pre‑shift meetings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Physical Demands – Ability to move, twist, or lift up to 60 lbs, team lift 75 lbs, and stand for 12+ hours while maintaining a fast, repetitive pace.
