Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of press and converting equipment by executing precise setups, monitoring quality, and resolving issues quickly—so every order ships on time and to spec.

• Set up and assist in operating corrugated presses as well as gluing and folding machines, strappers, band saws, and a slitter.
• Protect product integrity by meeting quality standards for packaging materials.
• Drive smooth changeovers and help optimize run efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and reduce downtime.
• Identify mechanical problems early and implement timely fixes.

• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in packaging or press/converting operations.
• Comfort with shop math and accurate tape-measure readings.
• Consistent attendance and a track record of long-term employment.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; meets all physical requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency for production-related tasks.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
