• Operates production equipment to produce quality pigment dispersions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Operates within a defined area making support materials to contribute to the final products manufactured.
• Makes boxes, applies labels, and moves skids of materials with material handling equipment.
• Cleans flooring, tanks, and equipment regularly.
• Interacts with other departments to share information for successful process flow.
• Adheres to strict work instruction details to comply with customer requirements.
• Complies with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.
• Includes monthly completion of Dupont training modules.
• Completion of cyber security modules, and any other company mandated training requirements.
• Reports immediately any potential unsafe area or act to leadership.
• Communicates required information in all phases of production processes including interactions with shipping and receiving, quality control, maintenance, leadership, human resources if necessary.
• Includes both verbal and written communications.
• Operates material handling equipment including hoists and sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to meet all basic skills requirements for language, reasoning, mathematical, and physical skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED/equivalent.
• Maintain certification in operation on all 3 types of plant industrial trucks and elevated platforms.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic skills in MS Office software; basic math skills.

• Associate’s degree is a plus.

4/4 Night Shift.
