Essential Job Functions- Provide Superior Customer Service

- Abide by all safety regulations to ensure the safety of oneself, coworkers, and customers
- Attentively keep accurate packing records
- Maintain inventory of empty pallets, stretch film and netting
- Operate forklift from palletizer to loading and warehouse
- Operate palletizer, stretch wrapper and forklift for packing line
- Participate in an open line of communication between supervisor and coworkers regarding any shortages on shipping orders
- Represent company values while training incoming employees
- Strive to keep work area clean and organized
- Supply production with pallets, bags and pallet sheets
- Unload trucks and verify items with manifest
- Verify date code and product description prior to loading
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
- Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc.
- Outstanding Organizational and Time‑Management Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Respectable Mechanical Skills
- Valid Driver's License, with acceptable driving record
- Forklift Certified
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Feed Experience
