Shoe technician for upper construction (m/f/d)

For our shaft operations in Bosnia (Banja Luka, Teslic and Kotor Varos), on a freelance or permanent basis

• Quality inspection and process organisation
• Product, system and process optimisation
• Production and sample monitoring
• Management and maintenance of QM documentation and work processes
• Support and further development of production techniques
• Introducing new materials, machines and technologies into the production process

Your profile:

• Completed training as a shoe technician or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in shoe production
• Strong technical and product knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in an organised manner
• Confident communication in English or German
