- Inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products accurately.
- Ensure all quality control standards are maintained.
- Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
- Ensure all shipments are completed and shipped to the correct person/place per job schedule or special instructions.
- Communicate problems or quality issues to the appropriate individuals.
- Double-check all shipments leaving production for errors before arrival to customer.
- Communicate with courier companies and drivers about shipping delays or special deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, use required PPE, and follow all safety rules and procedures.
- May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Comply with all Company policies, including drug‑free workplace and safety policies.
- Stand 2–3 hours per shift or 50% of shift; use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds.
- Requires close vision and color vision.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.
