• Inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products accurately.
• Ensure all quality control standards are maintained.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
• Ensure all shipments are completed and shipped to the correct person/place per job schedule or special instructions.
• Communicate problems or quality issues to the appropriate individuals.
• Double-check all shipments leaving production for errors before arrival to customer.
• Communicate with courier companies and drivers about shipping delays or special deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, use required PPE, and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Comply with all Company policies, including drug‑free workplace and safety policies.

• Stand 2–3 hours per shift or 50% of shift; use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Requires close vision and color vision.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.
