As a Welder at EZG Manufacturing, you’ll play a key role in fabricating and assembling metal components for a variety of manufacturing projects. We’re looking for detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Perform MIG and TIG welding according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding processes.
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts with precision.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain consistent production.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

• 1–3 years of welding and fabrication experience (certification is a plus).
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with welding tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to visualize and work with parts in different configurations.
