Responsible for improving pretreatment product quality, reducing the scrap rate in the pretreatment production process, enhancing output.

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows, layouts, and standard work.
• Support new equipment installation and lead process validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
• Support the launch of new automotive glass products and ensure smooth transition into mass production.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Other duties as assigned.

Language
:
English and/or Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions. Ability to speak effectively and interact with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.

Education
:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Physical Condition
:
Regularly required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds. Must pass static strength requirements. Visual acuity: near, far, depth perception, color vision, field of vision. Safety equipment: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel‑toed work boots. Noise level moderate. Occasionally exposed to extreme heat.

Mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Reasoning ability (solve practical problems). Computer skills (manufacturing software). Competent in solving difficult problems, production management knowledge, leading, communication, coordination, organizational skills. Skilled in coating technology, enhancing, and training subordinates.
