In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores und entwickeln Verkaufsstrategien. Sie optimieren das Sortiment in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und sorgen für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation. Zudem motivieren Sie Ihr Team und pflegen enge Beziehungen zu Kunden. Idealerweise bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Modehandel mit und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
