🧬 Director of Sales – EMEA | Life Sciences & Laboratory Solutions 🔬

🌍 An international life sciences organisation is looking for a Director of Sales – EMEA to drive commercial growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
.

The company develops high-quality biomedical and laboratory technologies used by pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical, and research organisations worldwide.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven leader who enjoys building strategy, leading teams, and growing international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy to drive revenue and market growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales leaders and teams
    .
  • Take P&L responsibility for the regional sales organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
    .
  • Lead high-level negotiations with major accounts
    .
  • Identify new markets, segments, and growth opportunities
    .
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to align commercial strategy.
  • Provide strategic insight to executive leadership to support long-term business growth
    .
  • Master’s degree required (MBA is a plus), ideally in life sciences or biotech
    .
  • 8–10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in life sciences, laboratory equipment, or scientific solutions.
  • Proven success leading international teams and complex sales channels
    .
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth
    .
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
