German Payroll Consultant

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM Practice. We are seeking a Global View Payroll Expert – Germany to provide urgent post-Go-Live support to execute payroll processing and ensure continuity.

• Provide hands‑on support for end‑to‑end payroll operations in Germany across multiple legal entities.
• Manage payroll inputs, validations, and final submissions in ADP Global View.
• Support activities such as data validation (DVEU), testing, and issue resolution.
• Log service tickets in the ADP platform and follow up on resolution.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll and tax information to German authorities.
• Manage accident insurance reporting and sickness/leave processing within Global View.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and ADP contacts to ensure continuity and compliance.

• Strong experience with German payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in ADP Global View, including hands‑on configuration and processing.
• Familiarity with reporting requirements to German tax authorities.
• Experience with leave management, insurance contributions, and year‑to‑date validation.

• Experience supporting post‑Go‑Live stabilization for ADP Global View.
• Ability to work independently under time‑sensitive conditions.
• German language proficiency preferred — awaiting confirmation from client.

This is a project‑based consulting opportunity with a start date as early as possible.

Expected engagement length: 3 to 6 months

Full Time (initially), potential scale‑down to part‑time thereafter.
