As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Doctolib Germany, you'll be instrumental in building exceptional Sales & Operations teams that drive our ambitious growth in the German market. You'll lead strategic recruitment efforts in a competitive landscape where building Doctolib's brand recognition and talent pipeline requires strong outbound strategies and top-funnel innovation. Your expertise in stakeholder management will be crucial as you partner with leadership to establish Doctolib as the employer of choice in German healthcare technology.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Top Funnel Excellence: You will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on top-funnel optimization to attract top-tier Sales & Operations talent in Germany's competitive market
- Market Positioning & Brand Building: In collaboration with our central Employer brand Talent Marketing team, you will craft compelling employer value propositions tailored to the German market, establishing Doctolib's presence and credibility in a landscape where our brand recognition is still developing
- Outbound Recruitment Mastery: You will spearhead proactive talent sourcing initiatives, building robust pipelines through advanced outbound techniques, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify and engage passive candidates
- Advanced Stakeholder Management: You will lead high-level stakeholder partnerships, serving as a strategic advisor to Sales & Operations leadership teams, translating business objectives into actionable talent acquisition strategies while managing expectations across multiple senior stakeholders
- Team Leadership & Development: You will lead and coach a team of 8 recruiters, elevating their strategic thinking and execution capabilities while fostering a culture of excellence in candidate experience and assessment
- Recruitment Innovation & Excellence: You will drive operational excellence by implementing cutting-edge AI-powered tools, data-driven processes, and innovative recruitment methodologies to maximize team performance and competitive advantage
- End-to-End Strategic Hiring: You will personally manage recruitment for senior and critical Sales & Operations profiles, ensuring seamless execution from initial market research through successful onboarding

You could be our next team member if you:
- You have at least 10+ years of recruitment experience with proven team leadership expertise, ideally with experience in competitive markets or brand-building environments
- You excel at stakeholder management at the senior level, with demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders
- You are a strategic outbound recruitment expert with proven success in building talent pipelines in highly competitive markets, particularly in Sales & Operations roles
- You have strong top-funnel strategy experience, with demonstrated ability to innovate in candidate attraction and market penetration
- You possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills (both oral and written) with the ability to represent Doctolib professionally in a market where brand building is essential
- You are strategically minded with strong analytical capabilities, using data insights to drive recruitment decisions and optimize performance metrics
- Full proficiency in German and English is mandatory
- You have experience building recruitment operations in emerging or competitive markets where brand recognition needed to be established
- You are AI-native with strong appetite for recruitment technology innovation and emerging trends that provide competitive advantage
- You have experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies in the German market
- 28 vacation days + 1 additional day for each full calendar year of employment (up to a maximum of 30 days)
