As General Manager, you will:

• Oversee all restaurant operations (front and back of house)
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team
• Drive profitability through labor, food cost, and expense control
• Ensure exceptional guest service and consistent execution of standards
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic culture
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
• Coach and mentor managers and team members
• Maintain operational systems and brand standards
• Uphold company values and lead by example
• Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for improvement
