Part-time Building Superintendent​/Building Operations Manager

We are hiring a hands‑on, proactive Building Operations Manager to own everything related to our building. This is an all‑encompassing role for someone who fixes problems, coordinates people, and takes pride in a clean, well‑run space. This role blends maintenance, light facilities management, event setup, and contractor coordination.

• Proactively identify and fix issues, hands‑on when possible
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall building appearance
• Oversee preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
• Set up and break down rooms for programs and events
• Support building projects and improvements from start to finish
• Monitor safety, security, and basic compliance requirements
• Serve as the reliable on‑site point person for day‑to‑day building needs

• Strong problem‑solver who acts without hand‑holding
• Comfortable with tools, repairs, setup, and physical work
• Organized, dependable, detail‑oriented
• Experience working with contractors and managing timelines
• Genuine pride in building excellence and ownership of outcomes
• Flexible availability when events or projects require it

• Facilities or building operations experience
• Basic mechanical, electrical, or construction knowledge
