As a Deputy Program Manager, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our Plant Manager, stepping into mission-critical assignments supporting the front end of the nuclear fuel cycle. From negotiating contracts and building integrated teams, to keeping large, complex projects on track and compliant, you’ll make sure every moving part comes together seamlessly.

You’ll oversee projects from kickoff to commissioning — managing scope, schedules, and budgets while leading cross-functional teams to deliver results safely and on time. You’ll anticipate risks before they become problems, develop strategies that keep projects moving, and ensure stakeholders are aligned at every step. Along the way, you’ll leverage project controls, guide negotiations, conduct lessons learned, and keep senior leadership in the loop with clear reporting and analysis.

- A bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, such as engineering, business management, or environmental or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years of management/project management experience leading complex initiatives
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential
- Experience managing DOE or NRC nuclear facility projects or other similar rigor regulated facilities
- An active “Q” level security clearance

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made. In addition, once employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
