He/She monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels making data‑driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse. Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.

Job SummaryThe Senior Executive - Operations (Warehouse & Cold Chain Management) is responsible for development and execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the Warehouse. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.
Job Responsibilities / Key Tasks (External) Business Administration Operations- Contribute to recurring revenue streams
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders
- Communicate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals
- Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
- Manage WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements
- Perform safety and health risk assessment
- Co-ordinate overall transportation operations
- Optimise resource and cost management based on market practices and business environment
- Plan key activities and milestones in technology projects
- Review areas in logistics operations where technology can enhance processes
- Plan the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage
- Execute warehouse operations performance goals using quality management knowledge
- Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Supply Chain Software/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft (MS) Office/Power Platform Applications
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse Operations/Vendor Management
