Job Title: Category Manager
Location: Akron, Ohio (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Category Manager):

• Develop Category strategy for the North American market
• Lead new Category planning and launches
• Manage Category lifecycle performance and phase-outs
• Drive pricing strategy and margin optimization
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and global teams

Qualifications (Category Manager):

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field
• 3+ years of Category Management experience (Tire/Auto industry preferred)
• Experience in Category lifecycle and pricing strategy
• Advanced Excel a plus
