If you enjoy leading people, running a tight operation, and getting things done on the ground, this role is for you. We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor who can lead a team, improve processes, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Lead & Inspire

• Supervise and lead a team of 10–14 warehouse staff
• Coach, mentor, and motivate your team for strong performance
• Ensure smooth daily operations with proper manpower planning
• Champion workplace safety, health, and cleanliness

Plan & Optimise

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations and storage activities
• Maximise warehouse space, efficiency, and productivity
• Work closely with logistics partners on deliveries and collections
• Improve workflows, processes, and SOPs to support business goals

Run Operations Like a Pro

• Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and inventory control
• Manage stock records using the Stock Management System
• Decide on suitable packaging and storage for different materials
• Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance
• Monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement

Be a Key Player

• Conduct daily roll‑calls, operations briefings, and safety talks
• Communicate closely with Management on operational matters
• Analyse problems, propose solutions, and execute improvements
• Prepare monthly KPI reports for Group Management

• Valid forklift driving licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience leading a team of up to 12–14 staff
• Hands‑on mindset — willing to be on the ground when needed
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
