Position: Operations Supervisor | Basic up to $4000 + AWS + Bonus | 5 days work week
Location: Pioneer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision
Responsible for the supervision of warehouse workforce
Mentor and motivate warehouse workforce for team building
Ensure smooth operation workflow in warehouse and sufficient labour force in absenteeism.
Responsible for implementation of Health/Safety/Environment policies and procedures.

Planning

Plan, direct and coordinate the storage and the daily operation activities in the Warehouse.
Plan, organize to maximize usage of warehouse areas and efficiency productivity output
Oversee/plan deliveries and pick-up of materials with logistic companies
Management of the general storage and materials handling duties related to the warehouse and maintain supply levels for packing, PPE etc.
Improve processes and policies in support of organisational goals. Formulate and implement procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

Operation

Verify and ensure accuracies of incoming and outgoing shipments against grading,delivery note, packing list and final weight taking.
Ensure contents are in good shape, stored securely and safely in conditions appropriate for all material
Record, identify storage location of materials and input data into Stock

Management System.

Identify vendors’ different characteristics of materials and styles, determine appropriate means of packaging materials and storage location
Sourcing and purchasing of materials/goods and others for warehouse usage
Monitor performance and implement productivity.
Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
Implement and manage operational plans.

Others

To conduct daily Roll-Call & operation briefing / safety-talk.
To maintain confidentiality, actively involved with Management communication
relating to day-to-day operational issues.
To observe and work safely, ensure the health, safety and cleanliness of the work environment
Analytical in problem solving, resolve and propose effective solution
Preferably with forklift driving license

To accurately understand, deliver and fulfil the Company’s objectives as set out by the Management
Monthly KPI Reports to Group Level.
