Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and optimize our AR operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the full accounts receivable lifecycle, improving cash flow, and ensuring strong internal controls while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance operational execution with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
• Develop and implement AR strategies to improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and minimize bad debt exposure
• Oversee customer credit evaluations, credit limits, and ongoing risk assessments
• Monitor aging reports and proactively drive collections efforts while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Establish and maintain effective AR policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve billing issues and streamline order-to-cash processes
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and cash posting across systems
• Prepare AR reporting and analytics for leadership, including trends, KPIs, and improvement opportunities
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop AR team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of AR best practices, credit management, and collections strategies
• Experience improving processes, systems, and automation within AR functions
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
