Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model to meet objectives and client expectations; plan and lead daily team briefings; ensure safety and sanitation standards.;
Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.;
Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and deliver financial targets; adopt all Aramark processes and educate teams on metrics to improve margins.;
Drive productivity through efficient operations, cost controls, and margin management; ensure teams are trained; supervise production, quality, and control.;
Lead the front of the house dining operation; plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities to deliver a finished product.
