Paralos Energy is a well-established energy projects construction company expanding its operations in Germany. As part of our newly established German team, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex energy infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of energy projects, including but not limited to High and Ultra High Voltage Substations, Wind Farms, and HV/MV Transmission Lines, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities- You oversee and manage construction projects from planning through execution and close-out
- You develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets
- You estimate costs and manage project budgets, controlling expenditure and risks
- You determine and coordinate required equipment, materials, and manpower
- You ensure timely procurement and delivery of supplies and equipment
- You ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable building codes
- You coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams
- You monitor project timelines and ensure all contractual deadlines are met
- You ensure all deadlines are met
- You prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
- You conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance
- You hold an Electrical Engineering Degree or a related technical discipline
- You have minimum 1 year of experience in project or construction management within the energy sector (experience in energy infrastructure projects is a strong advantage)
- You have strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- You are highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You can demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
