Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Paralos Energy is a well-established energy projects construction company expanding its operations in Germany. As part of our newly established German team, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex energy infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of energy projects, including but not limited to High and Ultra High Voltage Substations, Wind Farms, and HV/MV Transmission Lines, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

• You oversee and manage construction projects from planning through execution and close-out
• You develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against targets
• You estimate costs and manage project budgets, controlling expenditure and risks
• You determine and coordinate required equipment, materials, and manpower
• You ensure timely procurement and delivery of supplies and equipment
• You ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable building codes
• You coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams
• You monitor project timelines and ensure all contractual deadlines are met
• You ensure all deadlines are met
• You prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• You conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance

• You hold an Electrical Engineering Degree or a related technical discipline
• You have minimum 1 year of experience in project or construction management within the energy sector (experience in energy infrastructure projects is a strong advantage)
• You have strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• You are highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You can demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
