Shipyard Electrical Cable Project Lead

• Be responsible for planning and organizing the work of cable line installers and ensuring the workflow in shipyards
• Lead a team of approximately 15 people
• Communicate with the client’s representatives on project and organizational matters
• Seek solutions in daily situations and resolve arising issues
• Prepare reports and other required documentation
• Work on assignments abroad – 4/1 or 8/2 rotations (4–8 weeks on site, 1–2 weeks rest at home)
• Be a leader and authority to other team members.

• More than 1 year of work experience managing shipbuilding projects or large-scale cable installation works
• Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams
• Experience managing a team of around 15 people
• Excellent English language skills and intermediate Russian language skills
• Critical thinking, decision-making ability, and strong communication skills
• A valid driving license
• Motivation to grow, develop, and be a leader to others
