Vice President Logistics & Supply Chain Management (SAP EWM / SAP TM) Overview

A leading SAP consultancy is seeking an experienced professional to join as Vice President Logistics & Supply Chain Management, taking full responsibility for the SAP EWM and SAP TM Line of Business.

This role combines strategic leadership, commercial responsibility, and operational project governance, with a strong focus on international SAP transformation programs.

• Full accountability for the strategic, operational, and commercial success of the SAP EWM and SAP TM Line of Business
• Responsibility for resource planning, delivery quality, budget management, and sustainable growth

• Leadership of complex, international SAP EWM and SAP TM programs
• Overall responsibility for project planning, budget control, delivery governance, and proactive deviation management
• Ensuring high quality standards and long‑term customer satisfaction
• Building, leading, and developing high‑performing consulting teams
• Strengthening team structures, collaboration, and leadership culture
• Actively promoting talent development, motivation, and long‑term employee retention

• Active involvement in presales activities, tenders, and proposal preparation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with SAP, customers, and partners
• Contributing to the strategic development of the consulting portfolio within logistics and transportation

• Proven leadership experience in international S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects
• Deep functional and methodological expertise in SAP EWM and SAP TM
• Fluent language capability in English and German (C1 or higher)
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, particularly warehouse and transportation management
• Experience in presales, bid management, and commercial customer interactions
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and inspire consulting teams
• Strategic and visionary mindset combined with a responsible, hands‑on approach
