Senior Project Managers at Mid-City Electric lead large electrical construction projects at some of the most sought-after job sites in central Ohio. They are successful at delivering results on time and within budget. They work with various internal and external personnel, establishing strong professional relationships while maintaining high communication standards.

• Preparing bids and estimates
• Maintaining strong, positive relationships
• Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Maintaining high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
• Preparing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
• Requisition ing needed supplies and materials
• Maintaining safe job sites and encouraging safe work practices

• Demonstrated experience in a project management role
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field

• LEED Certification
• Accubid experience
• Commercial electrical project management experience

• Projects are consistently delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Customers are highly satisfied with the project execution and outcomes, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Project teams collaborate effectively, with clear communication and accountability for tasks.
• Safety incidents are minimized, and the project sites maintain a culture of safety compliance.
• Cost control measures are implemented, reducing financial risks and maximizing profitability.
• Continuous improvement practices are adopted, leading to more efficient project delivery over time.
