• Launch and manage day‑to‑day operations for the Loveland branch
• Hire, onboard, and develop your local team to drive strong performance
• Oversee residential roofing projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring top‑notch quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage branch financials, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to hit revenue and profitability goals
• Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and local partners to expand Moss Roofing’s reputation in the market
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards aligned with Moss Roofing’s processes
• Report regularly on branch performance and strategic growth opportunities

• Proven leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance in a branch or multi‑team environment
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new branch successfully
• Comfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
