Eine Einrichtung der Altenpflege in Aue sucht eine Wohnbereichsleitung (w/m/d), die ein Team mit Herz und Leidenschaft leitet. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und die Koordination des Personaleinsatzes. Mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Altenpfleger sowie einer Zusatzqualifikation WBL/PDL bringen Sie zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Altenpflege mit.
Wir bieten eine Vergütung nach AVR Diakonie Sachsen EG 8 und mindestens 31 Tage Urlaub sowie individuelle Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten.
