** About your team:
**** Information Security and Business Continuity Management (BCM) :
** The team “Information Security and Business Continuity Management” as 2nd Line of Defense is responsible for defining the security standards and the ICT risk management framework according to DORA and implementing the digital operational resilience strategy at FIL Fondsbank (FFB). In your role as Senior Manager BCM, you will define the business continuity framework and manage the BCM processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
You are responsible for the development and implementation of a Business Continuity Management System, facilitating the procedure of the business impact analysis (BIA) and developing appropriate business continuity plans (BCP) with the business this respect, you ensure the appropriateness of BCPs by coordinating BCP testing and analyzing the test results. You are also in charge of the FFB crisis management team (CMT) and conduct regularly exercises with the management board of FFB and the Global BCM team of FIL Group.
In addition, you monitor the BC-specific hazards of FFB’s threat landscape, define adequate security measures and support the identification and the assessment of BC risks r key responsibilities are:
* Defining and maintaining the policies and guidelines of the Business Continuity Management Systems, including the emergency handbook and further emergency-relevant documents
* Developing and implementing BC-relevant security requirements according to the FFB’s threat catalogue and BC risk scenarios
* Managing the FFB crisis management team in accordance with FIL Group and conducting crisis management exercises with the management board of FFB
* Being key contact for the business functions regarding BCM and supporting the FFB-specific BC roles in conducting the business impact analysis and developing adequate business continuity plans
* Coordinating the BCP test activities of the business functions and analyzing the test results regarding BC risks and continuous improvement
* Developing and implementing BCM trainings and BC-relevant awareness campaigns
* Taking functional ownership of the BCM module in Service Now (FFB’s GRC tool) by defining the functional requirements as well as testing the functionality of the GRC tool
* Collaborating with the Global BCM team of FIL Group and representing FFB BCM in external information sharing working groups
** About you :
** Ideal candidates bring strong expertise in financial markets, Business Continuity Management, and digital operational resilience (DORA). You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and act as a trusted facilitator in business consultancy and training. Additionally, you have experience managing emergency and crisis situations and can confidently lead a crisis management team.

** Senior Manager BC**, we are looking for the following qualifications and competencies:
* A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management, or a related field of study, or a professional banking qualification
* At least 5 years of professional experience in financial markets, with a focus on Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management
* Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in financial markets (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA)
* Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across business functions
* Strong presentation skills to deliver clear updates on BCM reporting
* Fluency in both German and English
