As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you play a key role in shaping the rewards strategy of our fast-growing international tech company. You design scalable, data-driven compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, motivate, and retain top talent global.
As a trusted sparring partner for leaders and employees, you provide hands-on advice on compensation, incentives, and equity, and drive cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact.
What is your Day to Day Mission:Design, implementation, and continuous development of globally consistent yet locally competitive compensation models
Conducting global compensation benchmarking, taking into account regional labor markets, cost structures, and regulatory differences
Building and maintaining an international job architecture with clear career paths and pay bands across countries and functions
Designing, implementing, and managing international bonus, incentive, and, where applicable, equity programs (e.g., ESOP/VSOP)
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, as well as implementing international pay transparency standards
Collaborating with HR, Finance, and global management team, providing advisory support on international hires, mobility, and compensation decision
You have several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international company, preferably in the tech sector
Strong knowledge of global compensation structures, benchmarking, job architectures, as well as variable and long-term incentive models
Excellent understanding of international labor, tax, and social security regulations
Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and excellent advisory capabilities
Fluent communication in both German and English.
