** to help us grow and support our customer base across the region.
** Your Role
** As
** Sales Leader EMEA – Finishing**, your leadership will be pivotal in achieving our goals in this key growth region. You will take full commercial ownership of our corrugated finishing solutions across EMEA—developing and executing regional sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and leading a Europe-based team to expand our presence and revenue in key markets.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep knowledge of the corrugated and machine-building sectors, and a passion for delivering customer value through technical solutions.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Drive Growth**:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans by team member. Refine and execute our go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation initiatives, supported by strong cross-functional collaboration and execution.
* ** Lead the Team**:
Inspire and support a regional sales team, fostering a performance-driven, customer-focused culture. Mentor direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings and engaging other BW Paper systems resources as needed. Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* ** Build External Relationships**:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, key accounts, and channel partners. Identify new opportunities and emerging markets.
* ** Collaborate Across Functions**:
Become a key contributor to the EMEA Leadership Team and fully integrate the sales team within the Hamburg site team.
* ** Understand the Market**:
Analyze trends in the EMEA corrugated industry, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
* ** Align with Internal Stakeholders**:
Work closely with product line leadership, product management, site leadership, engineering, service, and marketing to ensure our offerings meet customer expectations and market demands.
* ** Forecast & Report**:
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regional insights to senior leadership.
** What You Bring
*** A proven track record (7+ years) in leading industrial capital equipment sales teams, ideally in the corrugated, printing, or machine-building industries.
* At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in international or multi-country environments.
* In-depth understanding of the EMEA corrugated market and an established network of industry contacts (preferred).
* Strong technical aptitude and experience in solution-based sales.
* Demonstrated success in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
* Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
