Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Director to lead and manage the performance of multiple stores within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving business and financial goals, and ensuring a consistently outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, proven operational expertise, and the ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑growing retail or food service environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee the overall operations across multiple stores, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all stores comply with local regulations on health, safety, and food quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and frontline teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, setting clear goals and expectations to drive team engagement and performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and coaching sessions to support professional growth and operational success.
Financial & Business Management
- Develop annual business plans and budgets for each store, ensuring effective cost management and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Execute strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and operational KPIs.
Customer Experience & Brand Excellence
- Champion a customer‑centric culture across all stores, ensuring a high‑quality, consistent experience.
- Actively monitor feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction and enhance brand loyalty.
- Proven experience in multi‑unit or regional management, preferably in the retail or food & beverage sector.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and German is required.
