Corporate Product Support Manager

The Product Support Manager will report to the General Manager.

• Manage and lead the service and parts departments to ensure timely, high-quality support for all CEC Turf and Tractor customers.
• Identify opportunities for additional service, parts, maintenance plans, and extended warranties in turf and agricultural business.
• Establish policies and procedures to assure the overall satisfaction of the parts and service customers.
• Establish policies and procedures to assure the prosperity and growth of the parts and service departments.
• Create, monitor and analyze KPI’s for parts and service.
• Lead initiatives to improve service efficiency and reduce downtime for customers.
• Ensure compliance to organizational standards for safety and client or customer.
• Ability to backfill at parts and service counters when other team members are off.

• Three or more years of experience in the service and parts retail management field.
• Industry specific knowledge of tractors, lawn and garden equipment, and handheld lawn equipment preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and customers.

• Kneeling, standing, climbing steps, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
