About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Team Leader to join a team based at Hahn Airport, Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic maintenance environment, working primarily on Boeing aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of 10 sheet metal technicians.
- Oversee all structural repair and modification tasks on Boeing aircraft.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Provide hands‑on technical support and guidance when required.
- Liaise with engineers, planners, and quality departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience working on Boeing aircraft within a sheet metal or structural maintenance role.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Must have the right to work in the EU.
