General Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide overall leadership and supervision, ensuring operational standards, food safety, profitability, and fostering an inclusive and engaged environment.

• Minimum of 2 years prior General Manager experience in a fast‑paced food service environment
• Strong understanding of operations procedures and cost management
• Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member & food safety protocols
• Excellent customer‑service skills
• Proficiency with technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (preferred)

• Must be at least 18 years of age
