Works on installing new underground irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients. Requires previous irrigation or electrical experience. With guidance of Landscape Project Managers and the Landscape Operations Manager, oversees efficient site maintenance operations within EMI budget. Works cooperatively with Landscape Design/Sales, Irrigation Crew Members, Landscape & Maintenance Division Operations Manager and Assets Manager with quality and customer satisfaction as top priority.

Communicates and resolves installation issues to ensure design specifications are met. Maintains daily paperwork to report service activities to customers and EMI. Communicates with customer site representatives as needed. Must work off hours, weekends, and inclement weather, and provide extended hours as required.

• Trains Crew Members on safe equipment operation.
• Coordinates and prioritizes daily work schedule with Project Manager.
• Obtains pertinent paperwork and job files before starting new jobs.
• Completes all daily paperwork (timesheets, T&M tickets, field reports, accident reports, etc.).
• Maintains tool inventory and coordinates equipment damage with Project Manager.
• Performs upkeep on all crew equipment, including greasing, cleaning fluid checks, and monitoring preventive maintenance.
• Conducts all safety tailgate meetings as prescribed by the Safety Manager.
• Enforces and supports all company policies and procedures.
• Assists Project Manager in identifying up-sells.
• Oversees daily job site quality control.
• Communicates daily with Project Manager.
• Prepares and plans next day's work.
• Evaluates Crew Members and certifies individual training tasks.
• Manages and delegates responsibilities.
• Completes basic equipment repair when needed.

The employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid conditions, working near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, occasional vibration, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electric shock. Noise level is usually loud.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, use hands, reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, hear, and talk. The position involves professional site maintenance, providing work direction for crew laborers, vehicle and equipment operation, and adherence to safety procedures.
