As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead our operational strategy, strengthen internal systems, and drive company‑wide efficiency and performance.

The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This person will play a key role in scaling our infrastructure, managing resources effectively, and maintaining operational excellence as we grow.

• Manage resource allocation, hiring, and training to support operational growth and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to set strategic priorities, streamline operations, and support revenue goals.
