Responsibilities- Drive nationwide commercial success of the Repair Product line across a large P&L.
- Develop, track, and drive commercial KPIs: target pricing, estimates, bookings, backlog, C 1%, hit rate, FP yield.
- Own and evolve Repair Product Line processes in SAP SHAPE and supporting systems as a key user.
- Develop, manage, and maintain marketing literature, sales documents, and training material; provide field training and commercial readiness for new and existing products with Repair Product Management and Repair Operations Management.
- Identify, develop, and implement sales campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and open paper follow-up with stakeholders and support functions; establish and manage necessary support systems.
- Identify and realize tactical and strategic business opportunities; assist Field Operations in impactful execution.
- Manage the Central Repair Backoffice team; ensure timely generation of leads and proposals from technicians via target lists or tactical EI Account Managers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Elevator industry experience, particularly service & repair.
- Sales management experience.
- Process design & management experience.
- Pricing management expertise.
- P&L ownership in service/repair (PM, GM, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, data mining, and problem analysis; advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fully vested 401(k) match up to 7% of total eligible compensation.
