Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for our commercial and high-end residential landscape maintenance teams. This role is responsible for managing 4–5 crews
, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in leading field teams.
- Crew & Operations Management
- Lead, coach, and manage 4–5 landscape crews to ensure performance, efficiency, safety and professionalism.
- Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and workload distribution.
- Monitor and track employee hours through Aspire to ensure accurate labor allocation on properties.
- Quality Control & Customer Experience
- Conduct routine site visits to ensure work quality meets company standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to support client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce company safety policies and conduct safety training, ensuring crew adherence at all times.
- Maintain safe job sites, equipment use, and operating standards.
- Materials & Equipment Management
- Manage material ordering, usage, and job costing in Aspire
. - Oversee equipment condition, maintenance schedules, and proper deployment to crews.

- Technology & Reporting
- Utilize Aspire Software daily to track job progress, labor hours, materials, scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Provide timely updates, reports, and documentation to management.
- 3+ years of landscape operations, production management, or field leadership experience (commercial or residential).
- Strong working knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and horticulture.
- Proficiency with Aspire
, LMN, or similar landscape management software preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
