We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for our commercial and high-end residential landscape maintenance teams. This role is responsible for managing 4–5 crews
, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in leading field teams.
Crew & Operations Management
Lead, coach, and manage 4–5 landscape crews to ensure performance, efficiency, safety and professionalism.
Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and workload distribution.
Monitor and track employee hours through Aspire to ensure accurate labor allocation on properties.
Quality Control & Customer Experience
Conduct routine site visits to ensure work quality meets company standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.
Partner closely with Account Managers to support client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce company safety policies and conduct safety training, ensuring crew adherence at all times.
Maintain safe job sites, equipment use, and operating standards.
Materials & Equipment Management
Manage material ordering, usage, and job costing in Aspire.
Oversee equipment condition, maintenance schedules, and proper deployment to crews.
Technology & Reporting
Utilize Aspire Software daily to track job progress, labor hours, materials, scheduling, and performance metrics.
Provide timely updates, reports, and documentation to management.
Qualifications
3+ years of landscape operations, production management, or field leadership experience (commercial or residential).
Strong working knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and horticulture.
Proficiency with Aspire
, LMN, or similar landscape management software preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
