Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth technical operations? At our Dägeling location, we are looking for a committed and well‑organized team player to join us as a Service Coordinator (m/f/d) Marine
. In this role, you will be the central link between our customers, internal departments, and field service technicians—ensuring every service request is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on quality. • Serve as the first customer contact while managing inquiries, orders, quotations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Plan and coordinate service technicians’ deployments, including organization and monitoring of travel activities.
• Identify required spare parts using technical drawings and documentation.
• Handle administrative processes such as creating service invoices in the ERP system and tracking orders/quotations.
• Ensure adherence to quality, work, and safety guidelines throughout all service processes.
• Strong customer and service focus with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completed technical or commercial training; experience in customer service or maintenance is a plus.
• Confident use of MS Office and a high level of initiative, responsibility, and commitment.
• Team‑oriented, structured work style with good English skills.
