Maintenance Technician Temp

Position Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to support our Maintenance team while one of our employees is on a leave of absence. This role provides hands‑on maintenance support for manufacturing equipment and facility operations.

• Perform general facility and equipment maintenance as assigned
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing production equipment
• Complete scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities
• Perform basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Support grounds maintenance and facility upkeep as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical (single and three-phase), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with HVAC, welding, PLCs, or construction equipment is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally more)
• Exposure to manufacturing environments, moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Outdoor work may be required
